HARROGATE, TN - Lincoln Memorial University defeated Carson-Newman College, 3-0 (30-15, 30-27, 34-32) in a South Atlantic Conference match Tuesday night.

Kelsey Fleck led the Lady Eagles (16-6, 2-6 SAC) in kills with 14 while Salem Stepp anchored the C-N defense with 23 digs. Kelli Sorensen and Carly Mozgai posted eight kills apiece while Allyson Corhn posted 17 assists to lead C-N in that category.

C-N returns to Holt Fieldhouse on Thursday, October 11 to take on King College in a non-conference tilt before resuming South Atlantic Conference play on Tuesday, October 16 against Tusculum.
