WINGATE, N.C.- Lady Eagles sophomore right-side hitter Kelsey Fleck has been named to the 2006 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference All-Tournament Team.

Fleck (Celina, OH) led the Lady Eagles in a 3-1 upset over Tusculum in the first round of the 2006 South Atlantic Conference Volleyball Tournament on November 2nd. She posted an impressive 18 kills and 1 error to give her a career high .686 hitting percentage.

"Every ball Kelsey attacked either resulted in a kill or took the opponent out of their offense," said Lady Eagle Head Coach Shannon Mincey. "She had the best match of her career and it could not have come at a better time. I was proud of every member of our team during that match. They spoke just before the match about believing in themselves and it was evident they did, not only Kelsey, but with everyone."
