GREENEVILLE, TN-- The Lady Eagles earned two singles wins from Tessa Caprio and Amanda Bartlett, but Tusculum swept four singles matches and all three doubles to defeat C-N 7-2 and give the Lady Eagles their first conference loss of 2007.

After trailing 3-0 early in the match, Caprio and Bartlett recorded wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively, to cut the deficit to 3-2.From there, Tusculum won the final four singles matches to win the match.

The Lady Eagles return to Jefferson City for a 1:30 p.m. match against Milligan College on Sunday, March 25.
