ROCK HILL, SC-- The Carson-Newman Lady Eagles have four players named to the All-South Atlantic Conference team which was announced on Thursday.

Midfielder Zarmena Kasparites and defender Julie Nelson were selected to the first team, while forward Nikki Brannen and midfielder Morgan Gruenenfelder were selected to the second team.

Nelson scored four goals and helped the Lady Eagles hold opponents to just 19 goals. Kasparites led C-N with 11 assists on the season and contributed three goals. Brannen led the Lady Eagles with 11 goals while Gruenenfelder scored 10 goals in her rookie season.

The Lady Eagles will find out Monday, November 5 if they have been selected to the NCAA Southeast Regional tournament.
