JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn.-- The Carson-Newman Lady Eagles begin their 2007-2008 campaign with a pair of games on Friday and Saturday as part of the 2007 Eagle Club Classic at Holt Fieldhouse.

The Lady Eagles will host North Georgia College, Lincoln Memorial University, and Clayton State University in the two-day event. Friday's games feature Lincoln Memorial taking on Clayton State at 6:00 p.m. while the Lady Eagles battle North Georgia at 8:00 p.m.

On Saturday, LMU will face North Georgia at 4:00 p.m. and C-N will conclude the Eagle Club Classic with a 6:00 p.m. game vs. Clayton State.

The Lady Eagles finished 21-10 last season and reached the finals of the South Atlantic Conference as well as a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
