VENICE, Italy-- The USA Athletes International team featuring five Carson-Newman Lady Eagles easily defeated Piestrasanta 110-50 on Sunday.

Emily Mason had her best game so far in Italy, posting a double-double with 24 points and 20 rebounds. Angela Volentine added 20 points while Lindsey Eggleston poured in 14 points. Ashley Kyle dished 18 assists for the U.S. squad.

The team travels to Milan for their final game of the tournament before returning to the U.S. on Wednesday.
