JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn.-- Thomas Ostvold and Omar Cooke earned first and second team All-Appalachian region honors, respectively, from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Ostvold and Cooke helped the Eagles finish with a 15-4-2 record and advance to the South Atlantic Conference tournament final in 2007. Ostvold was the Eagles' top defender and helped the team hold opponents to a 0.79 goals scored average for the season. He scored two goals and had one assist. Cooke was C-N's leading goal scorer with nine goals. Three of those goals were game winners. Cooke and Ostvold also earned All-South Atlantic Conference honors this season.
