March 30, 2007 SALISBURY, NC-- The Carson-Newman Eagles finished in 12th place at the Richard Rendleman Tournament at the at the 6,665-yard, par-71 Country Club of Salisbury. C-N finished with a two-round score of 645. Tyler Lane led the Eagles with a one-under 70 in the second round to finish with a two day score of 144, or two-over par. Lane finished tied for fourth in the individual rankings. Chad Grubb finished tied for 49th with a two-day score of 12-over par 154. Dane Fairfield shot a one-over 72 on the first day, but finished with a second round 84 and ended up tied for 56th at +14. Cory Hinchey fired a two-day 159 to finish tied for 67th and Chase Osiowy had a two-day 160 to end the tournament at +18.
