HUNTSVILLE, AL-- Aubrey Morris placed 17th and Lisa Massey 32nd as the Carson-Newman Lady Eagles finished 11th at the University of Alabama-Huntsville Cross Country Invitational.

Morris finished the 5K race with a time of 20:19.4 and Massey was just 31 seconds behind, finishing with a time of 20:50.2. Cara Hawkins placed 74th at 22:35.4 while Tori Stanfied crossed the finish line in 79th place with a time of 22:53.7. Tiffany Winchell placed 97th with a time of 24:34 while Heather Godwin and Laura Young finished nine seconds apart at 26:00 and 26:09, respectively.

On the men's side, Wyatt Miles was the Eagles best finisher at 75th place with a time of 3:47.1 while Brian Washington and Brent Anderson finished five seconds apart, clocking in at 33:03.2 and 33:08.4, respectively.
